Welcome to EvoTrade Store.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the EvoTrade Store website, online store, products, services, content, features, and related functionality (collectively, the “Services”).
EvoTrade Store is operated by EVOLUTION COMMERCE LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales.
Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to offer the Services to you.
By accessing, browsing, interacting with, or purchasing through the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

When you submit an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.
An order is subject to acceptance by EvoTrade Store.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, payment issues, delivery restrictions, or other legitimate reasons.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the applicable amount.

We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled once fulfillment has begun.
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and any applicable consumer protection laws.
SECTION 4 – PRICES, TAXES AND BILLING
Prices, promotions, discounts, and offers may change without notice.
The price charged will be the price displayed and confirmed when you place your order, subject to correction of obvious errors where permitted by law.
Applicable taxes, duties, customs charges, or other charges may depend on the destination and applicable law.
Any shipping charge payable by you will be shown before you complete your purchase.
You agree to provide accurate and current payment and billing information.
You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We offer shipping to supported destinations as described in our Shipping Policy.
Estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout and may also be provided elsewhere on the Services.
Our current standard estimated delivery timeframe for supported destinations is typically 10–16 business days, although actual delivery times may vary.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier operations, customs processing, destination, product availability, severe weather, peak shopping periods, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where applicable under consumer law, risk of loss or damage to goods remains with EvoTrade Store until the goods are delivered into the physical possession of you or a person identified by you to receive them.

SECTION 6 – RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION RIGHTS
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Our voluntary return policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
Where applicable under UK consumer law, customers purchasing eligible goods online may have the right to cancel an order within 14 days after receiving the goods without providing a reason.
After notifying us of cancellation, eligible goods generally must be returned within the applicable legal return period.

Product names, trademarks, logos, images, photographs, and other materials owned by third parties remain the property of their respective owners.
You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
Except where permitted by law, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from protected EvoTrade Store content without prior written authorization.
Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any intellectual property belonging to EvoTrade Store, Shopify, or any third party.

The Services may provide access to tools, applications, integrations, or functionality operated by third parties.
We do not control every third-party service and are not responsible for their independent practices, availability, content, or terms.

SECTION 10 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
EvoTrade Store is powered by Shopify.
Shopify provides the e-commerce technology used to operate the store, but purchases made through EvoTrade Store are transactions between you and EVOLUTION COMMERCE LTD.
Shopify is not the seller of products purchased from EvoTrade Store.
Shopify may process personal information in connection with providing its platform and related services, as further described in our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s own privacy documentation.

Personal information collected through the Services is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory remedies available to consumers for defective, non-conforming, damaged, or undelivered goods.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and other policies expressly incorporated into them, constitute the agreement governing your use of the Services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes representations or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
